Carolina Parent Defenders welcomes fellowship proposals throughout the year from students, attorneys, social workers, and other professionals interested in family defense and interdisciplinary advocacy. We are also open to serving as a host organization for externally funded fellowships and will work collaboratively to design meaningful, practice-oriented placements aligned with our mission. Fellows at CPD engage in holistic defense work supporting parents and families involved in the family regulation system in North Carolina.
